Terms & Conditions for Booking a Party:
  • Deposit required on credit card (no credit card? call us for other payment options). We are set up to accept purchase orders from public schools and colleges.
  • Tipping the entertainers: This is optional, but most clients do.
  • Cancellation Fees:
    • In order to cancel an event, you MUST notify us at least 24 hours before the event begins.
    • On parties $350 or less, a cancellation fee of 75.00 applies. The remainder is refunded back to the credit card used for the initial deposit.
    • On parties above $350, a cancellation fee of 17% of the gross total applies. Any remaining amount is refunded back to the credit card used for the initial deposit.
  • Postponement:
    • In order to postpone, you MUST notify us at least 24 hours before the event begins.
    • There is NO FEE to postpone a party. The deposit is not returned, but you are issued a gift certificate with our company in the amount of the deposit which must be redeemed within 1 year of issuance.
  • Getting permits from the city :
    • You must have your permit ready and in hand a minimum of 3 days before the event. We cannot hold your reservation on “permit delays” regardless if deposit was made or not.
    • If you do not have your city permit within 3 days before the event ; that event must be canceled or postponed . A full return of deposit will be provided, for the reason of “permit failure”.
