- Should we tip the entertainer? Most clients do - Average is $10 - $30

 

POLICIES

There will be a cancellation fee of 

  • $50.00 for orders under $185.00

  • $85.00 for orders between $186.00 to $599.00

  • $150 for orders of $600.00 and greater

  • $175 for packages of $1000 or over

All changes to parties, ie. (cancellations, postponements, address changes), must be in writing on email to cottoncandyclowns@gmail.com

Do not leave a cancel message on office phone. Cancel fees do apply.

If you cancel the day you make the reservation, a $40.00 cancellation fee will apply.

You can postpone a party up to 2 days of the event with no fee involved.

If you cancel the day of your party, due to rain, the deposit is non-refundable.

You need to postpone or cancel 2 days before the event. (Cancellation fees apply) there is no postponement fees.

If you postpone the party and the time you want is not available and you choose to terminate the service, a $50.00 fee will be charged.

If you postpone the party the day of your event, due to rain, delivery fees are non refundable and a $100.00 fee will be applied (roughly $250.00).

If you need a guaranteed rain date, a 50% of your order amount is added. (Rain date insurance) this amount is non refundable , but can be a money credit for a future event. You will be sent a gift certificate for that amount, if you don't use.
